In the book, the author says that the level of your leadership will tell you the level of your effectiveness. If we have, let me say, a leadership level of one (1) out of ten (lowest), the effectiveness that we have is somewhat like that also. I think the more we become a leader the more effective we can be. Not only that but increasing our leadership skills will multiply the effectiveness we have in our church, family, work and other relationship thus making as more influential to others.
